• How often should I should I used my FIX'D hair oil?

You should use the hair oil a minimum of 3 times per week, but the best results are seen in those who use it nightly. Always remember to massage your scalp after application.

• What are the ingredients for the hair oil?

FIX'D is an herbal blend of essential and nut oils: biotin, carrot oil, sweet almond oil, rosemary, coconut oil, tea tree, Jamaican black castor oil, bamboo extract, peppermint oil, clary sage, onion oil, ginger, neem, thyme, and a special blend of fragrance oils.

• Is FIX'D hair oil vegan? Is it tested on animals?

FIX'D hair recovery oil is 100% vegan and absolutely NOT tested on animals. FIX'D hair oil is also sulfate, paraben, gluten, and mineral oil FREE.

What is the shelf life for FIX'D hair recovery oil?

3 (three) years from date of purchase

• When can I begin using the product after the patch test?

The patch test should be performed at least 24 hours before using the hair oil all over your scalp.

If I discontinue usage of the hair oil, will my hair fall out? Do I have to continue usage to maintain results?

No. You will not lose hair if you choose to discontinue use. However, it IS recommended that you continue taking care of your hair so that you don't end up with the same issues as before you began using the hair oil.

• Is this oil for a specific hair type/style?

FIX'D can be used on relaxed hair, locs, natural hair (all textures), and during protective styling. Note that due to it's growing properties, your relaxer/hair style is likely to grow out much faster.

• I'm feeling a slight itch and/or a little tingling. Is this normal?

Yes. It's very normal to feel a slight itch or tingling when using FIX'D hair recovery oil.

• What's the best way for me to chart growth/changes in my hair/beard?

Pictures and videos are the absolute BEST way to chart changes in your hair or beard after you begin your FIX'D regimen. More often than not, we can't see changes until we look at a side by side shot! Before you do your first application, it is highly recommended that you take photos of the areas that you're treating. If treating a bald/thinning spot, get photos! If you're trying to fill in a thin or patchy beard, take pics! If you're looking for more length or fullness, take "length check" photos! Again, photos and videos will always be the most telling when it comes to your progress while using FIX'D!

• Can I use this on my eyebrows?

Yes!

• Can this be used on my eyelashes?

It is not recommended that you use this oil on your eyelashes. If the oil gets in your eye, it can cause irritation.

• I have alopecia/lupus/unexplained hair loss. Do you offer a guarantee that FIX'D will work for me?

As with any purchase, the hope is that the item you're purchasing yields the same results as it has for others. However, individual results with product usage may vary. While several customers have had excellent results with usage, we can not make this guarantee for everyone. We do appreciate you for giving FIX'D a try and hope you get amazing results!

• How long will this bottle last?

The bottle is 2 oz. The length of time that it'll last varies depending on usage. Always remember that a VERY little bit goes a long way. Most customers can expect to use a full bottle within 30+ days.

• Is this product safe for babies/children?

Yes! Anyone can use the product. However, pregnant women may want to check with their doctor, as sage (clary) has been known to stimulate labor.

• Do you offer wholesale options? Is FIX'D currently sold in stores?
