PAYMENTS

All payments are processed via Paypal. To ensure prompt delivery of your item (as well as for your protection), please make sure that the address listed on your Paypal account is the verified address you'd like to have the item shipped to.

Once a label has been printed and an item has been marked as "shipped," we are unable to make changes. If the item is returned, you'll be contacted for reshipment (and additional postage).

SHIPPING

• All oils ship within 3-7 business (Mon-Fri) days via USPS priority shipping.

• US customers can expect to receive their order within 1-3 days, via priority mail, after shipment. Canada & all other countries can expect to receive their order within 6-14 days, via priority mail, after shipment

• You will receive tracking information via email once your label has been printed and ready to ship. Please also keep an eye out for your spam/junk folders, as emails can land there as well.

• International customers: Naked By Summer is not responsible for any additional tariffs/fees associated with receipt of order.

• FIX'D by NBS is not responsible for lost/missing packages.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of this product, returns are not accepted. All sales are final.
